Ufuk Yatırım was established in 1995 under the title of Site Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. and in 2002 the company title was changed to FFK Fon Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. In 2005, it purchased 85% of the capital shares of Toprak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. and in 2006, it merged by taking over all assets and liabilities of Toprak Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. As a result of this merger, the company became a public company and had liabilities.
